He is an entrepreneurial orientated M&A professional with top tier investment banking background since 1988, including Deutsche Bank, CSFB and Morgan Stanley. He has an across-the-board transaction track record and a genuine passion for family business advisery mandates including sell-sides, buy-sides, mergers, alliances, growth financings, and succession planning as well as (preparatory) mediation processes. Michael is also an active start-up investor and business development manager since 2010.
